The straws are great–we love them. There was a packaging issue during shipping (thin-walled shipping boxes) that resulted in several damaged boxes of straws, but BioAgave customer service promptly addressed the issue with some replacements. We learned that they had changed the shipping boxes in the future, so I assume that issue will be mitigated for future customers.
